Using Places on Orders

When creating an order, the pickup and dropoff fields autocomplete from saved Places. Selecting a Place automatically populates:

  • Full address
  • Contact phone number
  • Security access code

This reduces data entry errors and ensures consistent routing.

Place Detail Panel

The place detail panel provides tabs for:

TabContent
OverviewAddress details and map position
OrdersAll orders that used this place as pickup or dropoff

Live Map Display

Places can be shown as markers on the live fleet map. Toggle visibility in Fleet Management → Settings → Map.

Bulk Import

Download the CSV template, fill in address data, and upload. Coordinates are geocoded automatically from the address if not provided.

note

Places are not constrained by Service Areas or Zones. They are independent location records — Service Areas operate separately for rate and routing scoping.
